This Privacy Policy explains how Ledgerly (“we”, “our”, “the app”), operated by GofTech Solutions, collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our cashbook and expense-tracking mobile application and related services.

By using Ledgerly, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

3. Google Drive backup & Google Sign-In

If you choose to back up your data, Ledgerly uses Google Sign-In and stores an encrypted backup file in your own Google Drive. We only request the minimum Drive permission needed to create and restore your backup. We do not read other files in your Drive. You can disconnect and delete backups at any time.

We do not sell your personal or financial data. Your data is visible only to you and to the team members you personally invite to a specific book (limited to that book, at the permission level you choose). We may share data only where required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app (Profile → Delete Account) or by request.

7. Children’s privacy

Ledgerly is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
